How much is it ?
Active Memberships are $30. All memberships expire on May 31. We do not prorate memberships; however, if you are a new mom whose student has not yet enrolled, you may join as an Associate Member for $15. Associate Memberships must be approved by 1st VP Membership.
What is the difference between Active and Associate ?
Active Members consist of mothers, stepmothers or female legal guardians of current or former students of Texas A&M University. Associate Members consist of individuals who are not a mother, stepmother, or female legal guardian of current or former students of Texas A&M University. Mothers whose students have graduated or who have not yet enrolled, may opt to be an Associate Member. Only Active Members are eligible to hold an elected office, committee chair position, have voting rights, and be a delegate for the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Club.
What are the benefits of being a member ?
Weekly email blasts about social events and club activities and exclusive access to each other through our online membership directory. Active Members are also eligible to vote in the disbursement of our fundraising dollars to student organizations.
What are dues used for?
Dues are used for the operating expenses of the club. Fundraising is for scholarships and Aggie Student Organization Support.
How long is my membership good for?
Membership is good for one academic year, June 1 thru May 31. There is no prorating of membership dues; however, if you are a new mom whose student has not yet enrolled, you may join as an Associate Member. There will be a 90 day grace period on renewals before you lose your membership benefits.
How do I sign up?

We utilize online membership management software, called Wild Apricot. Regardless of payment method, all members need to enter or update their personal information on our Wild Apricot website. You may access that website from clicking a link to Wild Apricot or by utilizing the “widget”/box at the bottom of this page.
If you would like to pay by credit card, simply enter your personal and credit card information in Wild Apricot and you are done.
If you would like to pay by cash or check, simply enter your personal information in Wild Apricot, then email our membership chair at CCAMMembership@aggienetwork.com for further instructions.
